We follow Egyptian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, to ensure fair and transparent return and refund procedures. This policy outlines your rights and the process for returning or exchanging products purchased through our website.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in original condition, especially for fragile and breakable products such as vases, mirrors, glass decor, etc.

  • The item was delivered defective or damaged.

  • The item differs from its description or images on the website.

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling.

  • Items without original tags, packaging, or invoice.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional products clearly marked as non-returnable.

  • Any breakable product returned with cracks, chips, or scratches not reported upon delivery will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

Initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the pickup or drop-off procedure.

Important: We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving a return or refund. Returned items must be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive your refund via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • If the item was paid for by cash-on-delivery (COD), we will refund via bank transfer or store credit.

Note: Refund processing time may vary based on your bank.


5. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for a similar or different item of equal value. Exchanges follow the same eligibility and process as returns.


6. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
